On Wednedsay 20th December we held two Member information sessions.

In case you missed it, here’s 10 of the most Frequently Asked Questions regarding our redevelopment.

 
Q: Will there be dedicated zoning for popular activities?
A: Yes! The design of the new areas offer unique spaces for gatherings and activities.
 
Q: What are the car parking considerations?
A: A number of solutions are being implemented with buggy transfers from your car to the front door during peak times and boom gate installation to some carparks.
 
Q:  Are there any plans for external digital signage?
A: Upgrades to the existing pylon sign is being explored within the 2024 project!
 
Q:  What is the estimated completion dates?
A: Stage 1 is scheduled for completion at the end of July 2024, with the full project estimated to conclude in early 2025.
 
Q:  Will members have a say in the furniture options?
A: Members will have an opportunity to test sample furnishings for feedback as they become available.
 
Q: Are there plans to renovate Top Deck during this project?
A: The Top Deck will not be renovated as part of this project. This space has recently undergone a refresh and will be activated every Sunday throughout the renovation project with entertainment, community barbecues and live sporting events. This commences on Sunday 28th January. Find out more here.
 
Q: Will there be any changes to the dance floor and entertainment stage?
A: Yes! Improvements will be made to both of these areas with the orientation of the stage adjusted and aesthetically enhanced and improvements made to the dance floor.
 
Q: Is the Sports Bar getting more screens?
A: Yes! The Glasshouse Bar will boast a 4.5m x 2.4m LED Wall with an additional 3m x 2m LED Wall and additional screens throughout.
 
Q: Will there be disruptions to the food offerings during the renovations?
A: Both outlets will continue to provide their full menu during the project. Gardens Steak & Seafood will undergo some furniture upgrades while Eats On Anzac will continue to provide great affordable meals with a slightly reduced seating plan.
 
Q: What Family Friendly options will be in the new area?
A: The existing Kids Club will be in place as normal throughout the renovation with an additional Indoor Kids play area opening in the new Marketplace.
